Brittney Health Aids - Our Purpose
The Overriding Goal: A Healthier World
The corporation was formed and organized pursuant to Article 3.02
of the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act to operate exclusively
for charitable purposes, within the meaning of Section 501 C 3
of the Internal Revenue Code in all states of the United States
and in any foreign country worldwide, the following:
- Provide Rapid Medical Diagnostic Test Kits
to needy people and/or needy countries, as example: through Ministries
of Public Health
or other, for the early detection of medical conditions, such
as: HIV, TB, Malaria, Dengue, Pregnancy, etc.

- Provide medical and humanitarian aid to needy
people and/or needy countries, as example: through Ministries
of Public Health or other
for patient care of medical conditions, such as: HIV, TB, Malaria,
Dengue, Pregnancy, etc.

- Make distributions to organizations that
qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 C 3 of the
Internal Revenue Code,
|
- Receive and accept property, whether
real, personal or mixed, by way of gift, bequest, or devise,
from any person, firm, trust,
or corporation, to be held, administered, and disposed of in
accordance with and pursuant to the provisions herein,
|
- No gift,
bequest or devise of any such property shall be received and
accepted if it is conditioned or limited in such manner as
to require the disposition of the income or its principal to
any person or organization other than a charitable organization
or
for other than charitable purposes,
|
- To do all or any
of the above things in any part of the world, and as principals,
agents, contractors, or otherwise, and by or
through agents or otherwise, and either alone or in conjunction
with others,
|
- To do all things necessary for the accomplishment
of the objects and purposes enumerated herein.
